What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email, and password (hashed). When you use ZeroDay, we store the financial data you enter — card balances, APRs, payment amounts — to give you the service. If you connect a bank via Plaid, Plaid handles the credentials directly; we receive only the account data Plaid returns (balances, due dates, APR, minimums).
How we use it
We use your data only to provide the service you signed up for: tracking debts, projecting payoff dates, sending due-date reminders, and answering AI Coach questions about your finances. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Third parties we use
- Supabase — database + authentication
- Stripe — billing (we never see your card number)
- Plaid — optional bank connections (you choose to enable)
- Anthropic — powers the AI Coach. Conversations are sent to Anthropic for processing and are not used to train models
- Resend — transactional emails (welcome, trial reminders, weekly digest)
Your rights
You can export your data anytime via the Reports page (CSV download). You can delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone, which permanently removes all your data and cancels any active subscription. We process deletions within 24 hours.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (per Supabase). Two-factor authentication is available in Settings. We follow industry standards for credential storage and access logging.
